I have become impatient while waiting on a friend of a friend coming too share her Kefir graine, and I am ill and I have alot of sick friends whom I am telling about Kefir. I have also posted away to get Kefir but nothing has come forth, can anyone help me please to get a few Kefir grains to ge started, thank - you very very much.
