I received my wonderful grains from Paul, here in Los Angeles as well. I will be able to share with people here until the end of July, and will then be moving to Portland, OR.
The grains have been cultured in organic whole milk, and sometimes a mix including whole raw milk. They are super healthy and grow too fast! They outgrow all of their clothes, haha! I've shared with lots of friends already, and am so happy that a friend with serious acid reflux is drinking kefir and now has no acid problem while drinking it, and is planning to stop take the drug nexium in the future. This whole food is really amazing, and what it does for your health! :)
