These are very robust grains that Frank and I have been propating...Keeping up with them has become a problem and so we would like to share a reaonable package to folks inteested at $15 a frozen batch...enough to start a quart a day going for someone intereste....We will add 3-5 dollars more for shipping and handling...using dry ice , to anywhere and supply backup support as needed. Thes rich grains can be used for drink or creamy yogurt and the babies propagate daily.

Kefir grains grow fairly slow, so people run out of them easily, and will not respond to you unless they have extra grains to share. Second thing, live Kefir grains are extremely resistant, so shipping them through mail is fine. Kefir grains that I shipped during coldest days of winter, or hottest days of summer still live and are shared by many members of our Kefir community. Mind you, I wasn't even shipping dried ones, but live, real Kefir grains. Thanks, Adnan.
