I can send kefir granules anywhere in New Zealand by CourierPost overnight delivery which can be paid for by internet banking or direct credit into my bank account. I package the granules in 50:50 milk & water in a ziplock bag within a small cardboard box inside the plastic courierbag. I send the tracking number by email. I am grateful for a small donation. If requested I can print out kefir information and include it in the package. I have always used the material on Dom's wonderful website for this purpose.

Kefir grains grow fairly slow, so people run out of them easily, and will not respond to you unless they have extra grains to share. Second thing, live Kefir grains are extremely resistant, so shipping them through mail is fine. Kefir grains that I shipped during coldest days of winter, or hottest days of summer still live and are shared by many members of our Kefir community. Mind you, I wasn't even shipping dried ones, but live, real Kefir grains. Thanks, Adnan.
