I have fresh milk kefir that i normally split every 3 weeks due to its rapid growth. These are a good culture that is very strong and every day is drained, rinsed and placed in fresh milk. I can post to anywhere in the uk for cost of postage. Payment could possibly be made through paypal as i have Paypal account. I can post them in a sealed container next day delivery as they will certainly survive the journey by doing this. If you would like more info please email me and i will respond.

Kefir grains grow fairly slow, so people run out of them easily, and will not respond to you unless they have extra grains to share. Second thing, live Kefir grains are extremely resistant, so shipping them through mail is fine. Kefir grains that I shipped during coldest days of winter, or hottest days of summer still live and are shared by many members of our Kefir community. Mind you, I wasn't even shipping dried ones, but live, real Kefir grains. Thanks, Adnan.
