Through a combination of in-house systems development and working with leading technology partners, the division delivers world-class solutions in order to realize business opportunities. Treasury, Balance Sheet and Risk Management (TBRM) Technology provides a wide variety of application and support services to the TBRM Strategic Business Unit. TBRM manages the Bank's Treasury and the enterprise wide portfolio management of credit, interest rate and operational risk. Key Accountabilities / Activities: New development, enhancements and conversion of existing applications to Microsoft .NET. Provide day to day application support - 1st line escalation support Work with LOB (Line of Business) to determine Business and Functional Requirements Participate in system design specifications: system architecture, application and database designs Determine project estimates and assist in establishing project plan Develop/enhance applications. Migrate application to .NET platform. Participate in data conversion Follow coding standards and guideline Follow change management, version control for all coding changes Develop/maintain system and operational documentation Work with CIBC WM Infrastructure on support issues Problem escalation Compliant with Audit requirements Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in Microsoft .NET, Visual Basic, MS Access, ASP, ADO, COM/COM+, Crystal Report, Java script, DTS; stored procedures using Transact SQL and interfacing with MS SQL Server. Exposure to MQ-Series and TIBCO messaging technology. Knowledge to Risk Management Basel will be an asset. Attributes: 1. Team player 2. Sense of urgency 3. Flexible 4. Detailed Oriented/Thorough 5.
