Q. When will my order arrive and how do I track it?

After you place your order, you will receive e-mail about your order. Below are examples of e-mail you might receive:

Your order has been received. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number (transaction id). Keep this e-mail for your records.

Your order has shipped (tracking number included). This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mail's depending on the items you selected. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected and your shipping location.

We ship all our orders next business day under normal circumstances. The carriers we use are Canada Post, UPS and USPS. Regular shipment usually takes from 6 - 10 days business days.

You can check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Tracking page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your orders.

When you click on Order Tracking, you will be prompted to enter your transaction number. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current order or past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. Depending on the shipping company, you can click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. A shipping company may not have the ability to track a number for up to 24 business hours.

Important Information about Payment

  • For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Q. Do you ship to FPO or overseas?

  • Orders are shipped next business day via UPS or XpressPost. Regular shipment usually takes from 6 - 10 days.
  • We can not ship to any FPO/AP address
  • The Fitness For Less Team carefully checks each order for damage before shipping. After receiving your purchase, please check the equipment and report any damage to us immediately.
  • International/Overseas Shipments: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once the package reaches your Country. Charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Fitness for Less has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Duties and taxes are in addition to the shipping charges. Custom policies vary widely from Country to Country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Fitness for Less has no control over UPS Express brokerage services or fees.

 

 

Returns and Refunds

At Fitness For Less we want everyone to be happy with their purchase but recognize that not everyone will be so we offer the following guarantee;

Fitness For Less will refund the Purchase (minus shipping / handling costs and restocking fee) of any of our products that you are unsatisfied with.

We offer conditional 30-day money back guarantee for most of our items. The conditions include nonrefundable items and restocking fee. Why restocking fee? We do not want to profit by selling low-quality products and charging high restocking fees. However, restocking fees become necessary in order for us to keep our costs and prices down. A majority of customers never return items. When items are returned in non-resalable conditions, we have to sell them as used and below our cost. If not paid by those who returned them, the additional costs had to be "shared" by others, which we believe are not fair. We choose to keep our prices down by charging a restocking fee to non-defective, non-fault returns. We try to keep the restocking fee as low as possible and in line with the cost associated with the return. Therefore, we have devised the following rules:

Restocking fee - $10.00 US
Express shipment - add $10.00 US to regular shipping costs

Regular shipping costs: $15.00 US
Products over $100 US - regular shipping costs: $29.95 US

Please note that we will not cover any taxes or duty fees on returns. Make sure that your shipment does not include any COD costs or brokerage fees when returned to us. Those shipments will be refused for delivery and returned back to you.

Fitness For Less retains the right to refuse returned products IF:

  • IF it is returned more than 30 days past the purchase date.
  • IF it has been extensively used or damaged.
  • IF it is not in it's original shipping package.

We value our customers and our reputation, so we recommend that customers insure products they are RETURNING, to prevent any problems associated with Products lost or damaged in transit.
