In just 8 minutes, I can sterilize 6 bottles, all of their parts, as well as the parts to my breast pump. I don't have to worry about boiling water and then waiting for the water to cool before using the pieces (I just don't have that kind of time!), nor do I have to worry about melting nipples on the stove (something that I'd be sure to do, given my newly acquired sleep deprivation!) Magic Cup Trainer - 6 Pack - Avent magic cup is a definate keeper, September 3, 2002 Reviewer: A baby enthusiast from APO, AE United States Our 11 month old will not take to a sippy cup for anything, we have tried every single one on the market. This avent cup is definately different, it has a longer spout so it's similar to a bottle nipple, and it is rubber instead of the usual plastic, so it's also a little more familiar to the child as it being close to a bottle. Our son will not drink solely from this cup, but it IS the only cup that he will at least take a sip here and there from, and trust us, that's a big step for this stubborn little drinker!!!! The design of the cup makes it differnt than that of any others on the market, and I would reccomend it wholeheartedly to anyone having difficulty weaning from bottle to sippy cup. I am 100% sure that when our baby does wean completely from the bottle, it will be to this cup, because he won't give any of the others a chance even, so in my eyes, this product is a winner, even though we haven't quite won yet!!!!! I remember I would hold a bottle to collect the milk, till one day I dropped it all on the floor. So I stopped doing that. One day I went to Babies R Us and saw the Avent shells, I bought it no questions asked and I was so happy that I wished someone had told me about this great product. It's great while I'm nursing and pumping. This product saved me on disposable pads. I have been using it for 4 months and till this day I'm can't be without it. When I had my daughter I planned on breast feeding only, but when she wasn't gaining enough weight we had to supplement with formula. I chose the Avent bottle because of it's shape and I loved everything about it, we never had a problem with gassiness because this bottle is meant to keep air out, and when it was time for her to transition to the cup I would just pop out the nipple and pop in a spout which made the transition much easier from bottle to cup. Express Microwave Steam Sterilizer - I love this product!!, September 12, 2002 Reviewer: A baby enthusiast from NJ United States I was tired of sterilizing bottles over the stovetop (how time-consuming!) and decided to try this microwave-sterilizer. Honestly, my expectations were not that high, but I was very pleasantly surprised! It only takes four minutes to sterilize four complete bottles, and I don't know how I lived without it! Express Bottle & Babyfood Warmer - Better than the alternative, September 14, 2002 Reviewer: A baby enthusiast from ATL I have been pretty happy with this product. I use it at night for those 3 a.m. feedings since my bedroom is on a different floor from the kitchen. Its better than waiting for the water to get hot from the sink. During the day, I just heat water in the microwave and place the bottle in the warm water which takes about the same amount of time as this warmer. I agree that it should have an on/off switch because hunting for the outlet in the dark at 3 a.m. can be a real chore! more details

The wide bottom on the nipple is great. This nipple comes the closest I've seen to the actual breast. My 4 1/2 month old baby loves them. I'd advise you to get these instead of the 5 oz bottles. I let down much faster with this than the hospital electric pump and it feels much better. The electric was giving me blisters while the Isis is very comfortble. Since I'm working, this pump is easy to take with me, its small, quiet, and doesn't require an outlet or batteries. Plus, since I let down so much faster, I can express quickly and get enough milk. My baby is now 4 mos. old and I love the fact that the nipples came in different "drip" rates.
